Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026

Fresh Flower Wellness ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at freshflowerwellness.store, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information you give us directly. That includes your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address. If you pay online, your card or UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.

When you browse, our servers automatically log basic technical information like IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is standard for any website and helps us keep the site running and detect abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not buy it from third parties.

2. How we use it

We use your information for the following purposes only.

  • To process and deliver your orders.
  • To send order confirmations, shipment tracking, and customer service replies.
  • To answer your questions when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or Instagram.
  • To keep our books and comply with Indian tax and accounting law.
  • To improve the site and detect fraudulent activity.

We will not use your information for any other purpose without telling you first.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the third parties needed to fulfil your order.

  • Razorpay for payment processing.
  • Delhivery or other couriers we use for shipping.
  • Resend for sending you email.
  • Vercel and Neon for hosting our website and database.

Each of these is bound by their own privacy and security obligations. We do not share your information with marketers or data brokers.

We may disclose your information if required by Indian law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for two purposes. First, to keep you signed in if you create an account. Second, to remember items in your cart between visits. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, but you will be signed out and your cart will be emptied.

5. Your rights under the DPDP Act

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to ask us to erase it, and to withdraw consent we have relied on. To exercise any of these rights, write to our Grievance Officer (see below). We will respond within 30 days.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep order and accounting records for 8 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Account information stays with us for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details and retain only what we are legally required to retain.

7. How we protect your information

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed before they touch our database. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

8. Children

Our products are for adult use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please write to our Grievance Officer and we will remove it.

9. Grievance Officer

If you have a question or concern about your information, contact our Grievance Officer.
